This was interesting! Sorry you're feeling blue today. I pray that something cheers you up!
I have a piano but can't play it. I'd like to learn. My parents MADE me take organ lessons when I was little. I can still kind of play that (when I visit them).
Wow, your husband tried to save 5 people? That's amazing! I'm sorry it had a sad ending.
Thank you for your continuous encouraging comments on my blog!
Hey sweet friend...I know what you mean..it is one of those days. I, too have a bit of a blue spirit.
It is always fun reading about each other and how alike we are in Christ...each story a bit different. You are special, dear friend. LOVE and PRAYERS, andrea
Thank you for sharing your "heart" today :) Your no.24 caught my attention right away because I chose to put that on today after my morning shower. I love "Cool Water" [Am I talking about the same? by Davidoff?]. Love this scent! I have allergy and so I hate strong perfumes.
Sorry that you're feeling down today. I pray that the Lord will lift you up. That's nice you can sing, I know how to play a li'l guitar but no voice. I just sing during private time with the Lord. He said "He's my no.1 fan"...LOL.
God bless you sister. Praying the Lord will cover you and your family with His love and grace. Love you in Christ.
I'm so sorry you're feeling blue. Well I pray that you're feeling good now. It was so good reading so much about you. Hawaii must have been awesome.
Blessings to you dear sister.
It was so neat to read more about you. Thank you for sharing. I pray that you are having a better day and not so blue anymore.
Amy
Thanks for all your wonderful comments.
Leslie: Yes, it was the most dreadful day of our lives when he couldn't save those lives. The worst part was that it was an avoidable accident. I also played the organ when I was a child since the organ had the letters written on them and the books I had, also had the notes filled in with what letters to play.
Andrea: I have been in a blue, melancholy mood for some weeks. Just getting up and trying to get through the days has been challenging. I am hopeful it will be short lived.
Rosel: Yes that is the very same cool water. It just reminds me of being at a spa somewhere in a tropical location. I get lots of compliments everytime I wear it because it smells wonderful and is so very subtle.
Lisa: Yes, Hawaii was amazing. I've been three times, twice for work and once on an actual vacation. Still all the works ones were nice too.
Amy: I am optimistic that the blues can't last forever. Still searching for the lesson that lies within somewhere.
Thanks to all of you for always finding some way to encourage me. I will always be forever grateful for your friendship.
Love and Hugs ~ Kat
Wow! We have quite a bit in common I see. Too many to name really. I did the 100 things about me and realized at about #25 I really am not too interesting and it was hard to finish the other 75 LOL.
Hugs.
Kim
Hi Kat, I don't understand the blue thing either? If you figure it out please let me know. In the past whenever I've been feeling blue, it usually means that my thyroid is just a tad off. Apparently, I'm just letting the worries of life get me down and maybe I should pray more, worry less and find a new hobby like roller skating. That's something I haven't done in years.
I hope you have a great week!
