Newest Halloween Centerpiece ~ Friday Funnies

This is our newest addition to our family, Bella. She loves to sleep in the basket on our kitchen table that is supposed to be a centerpiece. Go figure why she likes to nestle all in the pinecones and branches but it's her spot.

As you can see this is her trying to get comfortable before settling into sleep! Nighty night Bella. Yes, we named her after the movie Twilight! Happy Friday, everyone! Make it fun and enjoyable! Please join the rest of us at Kim's Homesteader's Heart, and while you there, enter in her awesome giveaway too!

Don't forget to stop by Ark for God and read about Silver Linings and join up today to make a difference.

Love and Hugs ~ Kat

That was really cute! Who knew a table centerpiece would look like an attractive place to sleep for a cat. They are such funny pets.

Kat,

I must tell you, I needed this simple, light, happy post. Bella is adorable and seeing her cuddle safely in her basket in the middle of the table reminded me of God's provision. He gives us rest in the middle of everything else going on in this world. Thank you, Kat and thank you Bella for a simple life lesson.

Blessings, hugs, and prayers, andrea

She really is cute. We have 4. Their names are Mr. T, Tigger Tiger, Nermal and Nimin. Hey I didn't name them. :)

Have a wonderful weekend. Welcome home Steve.

I love her!! We just got a cat named Vindaloo and her favorite place to be at 6 in the morning is on my head. She climbs in bed, sits on my head, and paws at my husband's nose to wake him up.

Enjoy your new family member!!!

Oh this is so sweet. I love it. We once had birds make a nest inside the wreath on our front porch. They were so noisy but very cute.

Have a wonderful weekend Kat...I don't know you in real life but I can tell you are a sweetie : )

She looks cute in the centerpiece, but a cat on the table? Where you eat? Hmmm. I'm not used to that idea, yet.

I sure am glad I learned to be patient and wait for the comment box to come up over here, I hated the feeling that I couldn't connect w/ya.

I'm behind on reading blogs. Real life inflated over here- trying to punch it down some.

What a great addition to the centerpiece she makes. I't just too bad she's not orange like Garfield, huh? =0)

Happy Weekend!

Dear Kat,

Your such a sweet woman. I love these precious pics of your cat. Seeing something as sweet as that, made me instantly feel warm and fuzzy inside...as Loren said, "Perrrfect."

Thank you so much for always dropping by my site and encouraging me with your comments. You are a very special woman...one that God uses "Perfectly" as well.

Love & Blessings,
Alleluiabelle

That is soooo cute! I had a great festive table cloth on my table...until the 2 little kitties pulled it off! Hope Bella respects her basket too much to take it for a dive!!!

Bella has a decorator's eye, of course!

I love your banner. It reminds me of the view we had from a cabin we stayed at in Georgia one October.

Kat,
We are a cat family so I liked that! We actually don't have a cat right now, but do have 2 1/2 dogs. That sounds strange, I know. My daughter and her boyfriend 'share' a puppy so it spends time at our house and he boyfriends house. We tried to get a kitten recently but it was too wild and wouldn't adapt.

Thanks for the kind words at Family Fountain. The book is doing well!

Loved Sylvester and Tweetie. The thing I like about Sylvester is that he never, ever, ever, wins but he still keeps trying. I heard a man on television today say something very similar to this.

Never quit dreaming. Reach for the stars and if you miss, grab a star.
Either way you win.

Thanks for all your wonderful comments.

God Bless,
Mimmy

She is so precious!!! I gotta say, that's the most adorable (and furriest) centerpiece I've ever seen :o) I had a cat who looked like her, I named her Tiara. But my mother found another home for her since she used the car and closet as a litter box, oops!

I sometimes feel like I am the only person left who knows nothing about twilight! What a sweet little cat.
