The Right Call, by Kathy Herman from David C. Cook on Vimeo.
Stedman Reeves leaned against a massive oak tree on the hazy hillside and looked out across Stanton Valley, painfully aware that if he went through with Grant Wolski’s deal, he would end up in hell. And if he didn’t, his life would seem like hell. What kind of choice was that?
He heard a twig crack behind him and let out a sigh of self-loathing.
Grant came and stood next to him. “Not having second thoughts, are you?”
“Look, if you’d be patient, I could get the money –“
“I need it now.”
“I can’t just scrape up that kind of cash overnight.”
“Then you shouldn’t play poker with the big boys.” Grant locked gazes with him. “I’m offering you a gift, man. If I were you I’d take it.”
Some gift.
This begins a great Christian suspense novel “The Right Call” by Kathy Herman, that will keep you on the edge of your seat until the last page. I was provided with the opportunity to review this book from B & B Media Group and would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves fiction suspense genre books.

Looks like a good read! thanks for sharing...
All the books you feature sound interesting. This one in particular. You do so well on your book reviews. You and Sally both does this, and I enjoy hers too.
Looks like you're having a great time with book reviews. How fun! No doubt it means you read with more focus than usual, mining each book for tidbits that'll be interesting to all of us.
Blessings,
Kathleen

I have to admit .. i haven't got much time left for reading. But i may just KIV that for something to bring along for my vacation..hehe..
Kat, i thought of you this morning. I still smile when i remembered your 'Cat Ninja' post. That was really funny and very cool.
btw, did you know that sometime ago, while i was on my garden swing, my neighbour's cat did come visiting and hidden behind some green leafy plants, it was kinda like spying on me.. and i played the same joke with it..like reading my book and then turning to look at it .. and then returning to reading and looking at it.. And true enough, each time, it really did moved and stopped and frozed itself at my sudden gaze.. FUNNY!!!!
warm thoughts & love,
~Silver
