I just wanted to provide my faithful prayer warriors an update on what we know so far on Ken's progress:
They attempted to do a CAT scan to locate a possible problem with his lungs. They aren't sure if his lungs are filled with fluid or if they have collapsed. When they attempted to remove the ventilator, Ken was struggling to breathe and they had to sedate him once more and place him back on the ventilator.
They say his lungs are only operating at 25% and the remainder is either collapsed or filled with fluid. His wife hasn't sleep much but remains positive of the outcome. She has been with Ken and married to him since they were in high school. They have two grown children in their 20's that are with their mom.
My hubby came home for awhile enough to read all your wonderful and encouraging comments and to place his own post for prayer on his own blog,
Gotta Have Faith. Please consider stopping by and offering some words of encouragement to him as well. It's hard for Steve to deal with this and he hopes that they will have a chance to mend their differences.
I will keep you posted as I know more. Keep the prayers headed to heaven because we have a God who hears them. Steve is back at the hospital and we hope to know more soon.

Prayers going up for Ken now. Blessings Catherine
Thank you for keeping up updated. We have a big God who is able to do all things!
I feel God's hand in this. Especially since Steve is there and spending time with him. There's something to be said about life on the brink. I pray that he pulls through and realizes the One that gave him life.
I'll be praying.
Will keep Ken in my prayers that they quickly find the problem and he can get better!

God is watching out for Ken. We will keep praying. Anne
