Detective Lindsay Boxer chases a jewel thief, a murderous movie star, and a killer with a vendetta against women and children.
The Most Personal – A young mother and her infant child are ruthlessly gunned down while returning to their car in the garage of a shopping mall. There are no witnesses, and Detective Lindsay Boxer is left with only one shred of evidence; a cryptic message scrawled across the windshield in bloodred lipstick.
The Most Dangerous – The same night, the wife of an A-list actor Marcus Dowling is woken by a cat burgular who is about to steal millions of dollars’ worth of precious jewels. In just seconds there is a nearly empty safe, a lifeless body, and another mystery that throws San Francisco into hysteria.
In the book, 9th Judgement by James Patterson, you find yourself in the perfect blend between CSI and Criminal Minds while deciding if the two cases are separate or the same killer. I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book by Hachette Book Groups to review and again, being a fan of this genre, I loved it and would recommend this book for anyone who loves crime and mystery fiction.

I like CSI Miami.
Kat,
I just stopped by to say, I hope you are feeling better and have a nice weekend.
God bless you, Ron
Thank you so much for always leaving such sweet comments on my blog. Sorry, I haven't made it over to yours this week. Taylor's b-day party is today and you know how many preparations there are :)
I love the crime show, Criminal Minds. Thanks for the opportunity to win.
Hope you have a great weekend.
Blessings,
Amy
I have been a follower for a long time and love your blog. I find it very inspiring.
I love James Patterson's work. I didn't realize he had a new book out. I think I love his work so much because I love mysteries and trying to figure things out.
My favorite shows are Criminal Minds - all of the CSI's and the Mentalist. Please don't think I watch tv all of the time, I usually watch them as reruns when I'm doing something else :)
Have a great weekend.
Oh my MIL loves James Patterson. I would love to win this. I am a follower and I used to love Law & Order.
No doubt this is an interesting book. I am not a fan of mysteries. The ones I have read, I have them figured out before the end. Let s know what the doctor says.
Sounds like an exciting read. I'd love a chance.
Hmmm...I'm not really into many shows but I like watching COPS, the real caught on camera drama.
Don't enter me to win this one, Kat. Just wanted to stop by and thank you for visiting my blog and the encouraging comment. I've been busy (overwhelmed even!) lately and haven't spent much time visiting blogs. And when I do visit, I often quickly read and don't comment.
I'm glad your health is doing better and good to see you blogging so much! I hope to be better at visiting.
God bless.
Hey Kat,
You know I follow. :-)
And CSI Miami is one of my favorites.
Thanks for the multiple giveaways.
Hugs, Carol
I'm a new follower. :) My husband and I LOVE James Patterson's women's mystery club books. So, I'm crossing my fingers for this book! We love CSI! Thanks!
I do hope God's Healing Power and Grace have been present in your life and you are feeling better.
As for the show's, I'm going to go nostalgic and say Perry Mason, and of course Law and Order. now CSI is also good. I've read a lot of Patterson's books as well as Perri O'Shaughnessy. There are some very good authors out there, and many more coming of age.
Blessings to you and yours always. Love and God's Light, Nina P
I haven't ever read any of Patterson's books actually--even though I love mysteries. I tend to work my way through an author then switch to a new one and eat up all they have then move onto the next.
I'm a sucker for James Patterson & Jodi Piccoult :)
Absolutely love the CSI's and HOUSE (don't think House really counts as a crime/mystery show though) (the only mystery there is how one man can be so rude ;)
Hope you're well Kat! Big hugs to you!!!
You know I follow...and Criminal Minds is by far my favorite TV program of any I watch!!
Following your blog! I love CSI: Miami!
