I happened across this cute idea at Susan's blog This Day and thought I would join in the fun. If you would like to join as well just click on the picture and then add your own answers to the questions listed below.
1. Tell me the absolute best way to watch a movie. If its a new release, go to the midnight showing. You find the best people attending these and it's so much fun. I did this for the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, 2 and 3 and it really makes the movie that much better. I am planning this for the next Twilight sequel New Moon in November.
2. Do you ever think about your own funeral? If so, do you have specific ideas about how you would like it to be? I think we all do to some degree. I told my husband, nothing special, just a pine box in the ground please, no tears! I want to be remembered and celebrated so I want a party with all my favorite music playing.
3. Are you more of a giver or a taker? I'm a giver all the way. I love receiving things, but there is nothing like giving something to someone and watching the look on their face. It truly is priceless!
4. Vacations: planned activities and schedules, or play it by ear? Seeing as our schedules change from day to day, we try to plan somethings in advance but it always ends up changing and someone is disappointed. Now we just go on the spur. It's a lot more fun that way!
5. What is one often overlooked item in your home that needs to be cleaned regularly? I think the kitchen pantry. Usually once I clean and organize it all, the occupants in my home like to mess it up again.
6. Name a cause that means a lot to you. Make a Wish Foundation. Primarily because these kids are living out their final days, who wouldn't want to help any way they can?
7. Do you eat a regular old peanut butter jelly sandwich, or do you customize it? And by the way, jelly or no jelly? Creamy peanut butter and Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry Jam please. When I was a kid it was the Goober Grape jelly that already had the peanut butter mixed right in. Yum!
8. If we were having a conversation in person, how would I know if you were nervous? I look around a lot.
9. Do you have an elaborate bedtime routine, or just the basics of toothbrushing and jammies? I am a basics kind of girl. Love my jammies and a snack before bed.
10. Have you ever regretted something you wrote on your blog? No, it was meant to be whatever I felt that particular day. There are some really sad posts when I was going through some serious challenges, but I can look back at those and see how I made it through. Then again, I have some great blogger friends that always cheer me up!
11. Has anyone ever told you that you look like a famous person or celebrity? Did you agree?
On a couple occasions I was told I look like Helen Hunt. I guess it was the way I styled my hair back them. I didn't agree but I love her and took it as a compliment.
12. If you were going to dedicate a song to a loved one or friend, what would the song be and to whom would it be dedicated? Divine Romance by Phil Wickham that I would dedicate to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whom without His ultimate sacrifice, this life wouldn't be worth living.

As always enjoy your post so much. I have thoughts about most of the things you listed today, but some are different from yours. It is wonderful we are not all alike.
I'm a boysenberry too! I own so many pj's, can't get enough of them. I put them on around 8pm and they are on until at least 1pm or later. (Don't ring my doorbell because I won't answer in my pj's.)
Nice list, Helen- I mean, Kat. Enjoyed reading it.
I loved reading your answers. This is a great meme.
2 & 3. I'm right there with you.
8. I get really quiet and fade into the wallpaper. So if we got together and both of us was nervous, no one would know cause you would just look like you were trying to find me. Ha!
11. Someone once thought I was Heather Locklear. Up close too! Then two other times after that I was told that I looked like her. I never thought I did but like you said, it was a nice compliment. (Oh, I used to be more blonde. :) )

First of all, thanks for your recent friendly comments on my blog.
This is a fun questionnaire: I am thinking about doing it too, as you suggest.
I enjoyed your answers and like you, our vacations tend to be spur of the moment since plans can come up with glitches.
But once I buy a plane ticket, I go, of course.
This was fun.
Knott's Berry Farm Boysenberry Jam please--what a connoisseur you are!
I have been told Helen Hunt, too.
Great answers, glad you participated!
Once again, I loved learning more about you. I can see the Helen Hunt resemblance. I think it is your eyes. I have been told that I look like Bette Midler. Not so sure I like that resemblance or not. :)
These are fun answers! I enjoyed reading them.
