I had to pass this along and finally figured out the reason for so much unwanted weight I've been gaining. Check this out:
SHAMPOO WARNING: I've figured out why I've gained weight. The shampoo I use in the shower that runs down my body says, "for extra volume and body." Going to start using Dawn dish washing soap. It says, "dissolves fat that is otherwise difficult to remove."

Funny - I am asking my sisters in Christ to pray for my mom this week. On Thursday - March 10 - she is having a double mastectomy.. Please lift her in prayer.
